All of our products are certified Kosher Pareve by MK (Jewish Community Council of Montreal) and have been since 2001. Parve is a Hebrew term (pareve is the Yiddish term) that describes food without any meat or dairy ingredients. Jewish dietary laws consider pareve food to be neutral; Pareve food can be eaten with both meat and milk dishes. All of our ingredients are closely monitored and our facility is regularly inspected by a Rabbi for compliance.
Our facility has been certified by QAI (Quality Assurance International) to produce organic products since 2005. We are now proudly producing product in compliance with the Canada Organic Regime which ensures that our product meets with all organic standards and thereby protecting all consumers from misleading or deceptive labelling practices.
We also have an “A” rating with the British Retail Consortium.
